一、概述summary
    本裝置適用于有爆炸性氣體和煤塵的礦井中，用來對皮帶運(yùn)輸機(jī)進(jìn)行綜合保護(hù)及集中控制。
其具有以下特點(diǎn)：
1、語言預(yù)警及語言事故報(bào)警功能，語言報(bào)警既能報(bào)出故障性質(zhì)又能報(bào)出發(fā)生故障的皮帶機(jī)號，這事同類產(chǎn)品所不具備的；
2、采用雙音頻傳輸技術(shù)傳輸系統(tǒng)中皮帶機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，使得系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)對位顯比較直觀，這也是同類產(chǎn)品所不具備的；
3、具有同類產(chǎn)品相同的功能，如“集控、手動控制、綜合保護(hù)”及通訊等功能；
4、速度傳感器壽命長、靈敏度高、磁鋼和傳感器間安裝距離能達(dá)到50mm以上，便于安裝，且顯示直觀；
5、功能板之間散接線很少，很大程度上減少了接線的故障，使得裝置運(yùn)行比較可靠。
This product, can centralized control and integrated protect the belt converor, is suitable for use in the coal mine underground where there are explosive gas and coal dust.
With features:
1. This device has a voice pre-warning and voice incident alarm, which can not only display the failure nature, but also report the failure belt drive, which is not available for other similar products.
2. It adopts double-voice transmission to transmit the conveyor’s running stage, in this way, it is more easily to know the running stage of system, which is not available for other similar products.
3. Centralized control, manual control and integrated protection.
4. Speed sensor has such advantages as long life, high sensitivity, the distance between magnet steel and sensor is above 50mm, assemble easily and display directly.
5. Cables between feature boards is so few that it lessens the faults of connection to a great extend, and makes operation more reliable.

7、含有瓦斯或煤塵爆炸的煤礦井下；
8、保護(hù)裝置電源電壓波動范圍為額定工作電壓的75%～110%。
